The living room

The sunny living room

has as a special highlight a fireplace (with smoke detector). Of course there are shutters, should you be tired of the sun. In addition to couch set and small cabinet and coffee table, there is a large cable flat screen color TV.

The kitchen

the kitchen - always flooded with light

has a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, coffee and tea maker, kettle and much more.
At the kitchen table an original East Frisian sofa invites you to linger.

p.s. The kitchen is equipped with smoke detectors, too - for your safety. And should you be tired of all the sun, awning or shutters regulate the desired incidence of light. 

The bedroom

The bedroom (with smoke detector)

ist is equipped with two modern metal beds, in which very good mattresses guarantee optimal sleep. The separately placed beds can also be put together. A flat-screen color TV connected to the cable TV provides entertainment and information early in the morning before getting up. An air conditioner provides pleasant temperatures to fall asleep in summer.

You will find the beds set up separately as standard. The arrangement is done in a few steps. If we need to change this before your arrival, please let us know. 

There is also the possibility to move a bed from the bedroom to the living room and then a couch from the living room to the bedroom. This is often done when, for example, two people who work for their company for a longer period of time in Papenburg or the surrounding area have to share the vacation apartment and each want to have their own private area. For this rearrangement we charge a one-time fee of 50 €.

The bathroom

We renovated the bathroom in the spring of 2020. The shower is easy to walk in. There is a washing machine for your laundry. 

Roof terrace

the roof terrace is especially in summer - but also in winter - the highlight of our apartment. It is about 20 square meters and has a small garden table and 4 comfortable seats. An awning and a parasol provide shade in case of strong sun. From the roof terrace you have an unobstructed view of a neighboring former horse meadow.
